File with the court the way it's done in US courts: a federal filing through the court's electronic case filing system, and state filings through an e-filing service provider. Pick the right event or filing code, find the case, choose the filer, and upload the documents. Inspect every file first: a scanned brief, a missing signature, an unredacted Social Security number, a file over the size limit or a privileged memo in the folder can get a filing rejected, or worse, put it on the public record. Then handle service and fees, submit, and see what the clerk does with it.
